GrillinSteve here, a newbie here, but not to grilling.....I think my favorite grilling item is marinated pork loin: grill in butter for an hour, cut her open, pour in the BBQ sauce, wrap her back up in the foil, grille another hour on low heat. SUPERB, BAAAAABY!
